How it all Works
AQA have mapped their traditional qualifications (Entry Level, Functional skills, GCSEs) to their Unit Award scheme.

We took the mapped units and made a set of workbooks for learners to gently work towards the bigger qualifications (and still earn unit award certificates along the way).
​
You can purchase workbooks and use them to prepare for English and Maths qualifications.
​
If you decided you wanted to get certification (AQA UAS) for completed workbooks, you can pay £49, and send us back a digital completed copy. We will mark it and claim certification through the awarding body for you.
​
Once the learner has completed all three workbooks in any series, they will have also covered all the material they need to go and sit the exam. We don't currently offer exams (but we are working on it for the future).

Pre-Order Workbooks
Workbooks are new for this year, so will have a staged release (you can pre-order from now though and we will send them out as soon as they are ready).
Next year, you can purchase them on demand. For each series, these are the release dates:

Functional Skills Exams
We hope to offer remote exams for functional skills soon. Watch this space for more on this.
Is it £49 for marking per workbook?
Yes. If you would like to get AQA UAS certification for the units inside that workbook (you don't have to do this.. You could treat it like any other workbook you might buy in a shop if you wanted to)
