COMPLETE Education Pack- TERMLY
This registration is for the COMPLETE Education pack (also used for EOTAS packages by Local Authorities). It includes ENGLISH, MATHS and S.T.E.A.M+ AQA Units. There are upgrades available to an more services and bespoke elements (Please read below)

You will have access to units from the term that you sign up (backdated to the start of the term if necessary) for ALL levels (Pre Entry Level, Entry level, Functional Skills L1 or Functional Skills L2). 
 
If you subscribe, your subscription will roll for 3 terms (regardless of when you start), until you ask us to stop it (which you can do at any point). 
The deadline date for each year's units is 30 July at the end of the acadmic year.

How it works once registered: 
1. Check out the unit lists to see the outcomes you need to meet. 
2. Decide how you are going to complete the outcomes, and start to do them 
3. Email photos of evidence to us on a PDF showing you met them and our education team will handle the rest. 
4. Certificates start arriving at your home. 
 
This registration is continuous (unless you purchase a one off term) 
You can cancel whenever you like by contacting our team. We cannot offer refunds for a term once it has already started.

  • Terms and Conditions: COMPLETE Education Pack (AQA Unit Awards & EOTAS Packages)

    1. Registration & Access

    • By purchasing the COMPLETE Education Pack, you are registering for access to the AQA Unit Award Scheme: LCB Chosen Units, English Core Units, and Maths Core Units at all levels (Pre-Entry Level, Entry Level, Functional Skills Level 1, and Functional Skills Level 2).
    • Access begins from the term in which you sign up (backdated to the start of the term if necessary) and continues for three terms (one academic year), unless you purchase a one-off term or request cancellation.
    • The deadline for submitting work for each academic year is 30th July.

    2. What’s Included

    • Access to the full list of LCB Chosen Units, English Core Units, and Maths Core Units for all levels
    • Teacher feedback and marking service for submitted work
    • Administration and processing of AQA certification
    • First class tracked postage for certificates, sent up to three times per year

    3. Optional Add-Ons

    • You may purchase additional services at any time, including online lessons, printed workbooks, and craft boxes. These are not included in the standard package unless added at checkout and are subject to separate terms and fees.

    4. Optional Upgrades (EOTAS & EOTAS Enhanced)

    • EOTAS Upgrade: Includes your chosen package plus:
      • 48 Pick Your Own (P.Y.O) Units from the AQA Database*
      • Progress report at the end of the year
      • 9 Bonus Seasonal Workbooks (3 sets of 3 per term)
      • 1 Bonus Seasonal Box per term (3 in total per year)
    • EOTAS Enhanced Upgrade: Includes everything above plus:
      • English Functional Skills Exam Level 1 or 2 (with a free resit if needed)
      • Maths Functional Skills Exam Level 1 or 2 (with a free resit if needed)
      • 1 hour of 1:1 online teacher support per month

    5. Submitting Work

    • You are responsible for submitting evidence (e.g. photos or scans in PDF format) to demonstrate completion of unit outcomes. This can be emailed to support@littlecraftersboxes.co.uk.
    • Evidence must clearly show that AQA outcomes have been met. If you use resources from outside LCB Education, they must be AQA-approved and outcomes clearly labelled.
    • Our education team will review and provide feedback. Certificates will be processed and posted as outcomes are achieved.

    6. Payment & Delivery

    • Payment must be agreed via the payment plan or subscription before access to resources or services is granted.
    • Resources and support will be delivered sequentially as payments are processed.
    • All prices include VAT and first class tracked UK postage for certificates.

    7. Cancellation & Refunds

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team at hello@littlecraftersboxes.co.uk or 01526 701214.
    • If you cancel after a term has started, we cannot offer a refund for that term.
    • No refunds are provided for partially completed terms or for optional add-ons once materials or services have been accessed or dispatched.

    8. Duration & Expiry

    • Your subscription will continue for three terms (unless you have purchased a one-off term) or until you notify us to cancel.
    • If you have not completed the units by 30th July of each academic year, access to those units will expire and no further submissions or support will be accepted for that year.

    9. Certificates & Recognition

    • Certificates are issued by AQA upon successful completion of unit outcomes and will be posted to the address provided at registration.
    • LCB Education is responsible for administering and posting certificates but is not responsible for AQA’s processing times or postal delays beyond our control.

    10. Functional Skills Exam Option (for EOTAS Enhanced)

    • If your package includes Functional Skills Exams, your exam date can only be booked once the final payment for your education pack has been received in full.
    • You may request a future-dated exam, but LCB Education will not confirm or accept any exam bookings until all payments have been processed.
    • Any attempt to book or reserve an exam date prior to completing payment will not be valid.

    11. Data Protection & Privacy

    • Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We will only use your information for the purposes of administering your education pack and communicating with you about your registration.
