    1. Booking and Payment
    By purchasing the Functional Skills English or Maths exam through our website, you are securing your place for an accredited assessment with LCB Education. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    3. Access Arrangements

    4. Exam Scheduling
    You may schedule your exam at any time within 12 months of purchase, subject to availability. Exam dates and times are agreed in consultation with our team to best suit your needs.

    5. Cancellations and Refunds
    Bookings may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the exam date has not been confirmed. After this period, or once an exam date has been set, bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider rescheduling your exam—please contact us to discuss.

    6. Candidate Responsibilities
    It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information at checkout and respond promptly to communications from our team. Please ensure you are available for your chosen exam date and have the necessary equipment and environment for remote assessments.
