  • Terms and Conditions: 12-Month Maths Lessons Subscription

    1. Registration & Access

    • By subscribing, you receive instant access to the complete, pre-recorded Maths curriculum, covering core units at Entry Level, Functional Skills Level 1, and Functional Skills Level 2.
    • Access is granted for one household from the day you sign up. If you join mid-term, your access may be backdated to the start of that term, ensuring you have access to all relevant content.
    • The subscription is suitable for learners of all ages, as long as they are working at entry level or above.

    2. What’s Included

    • Unlimited access to all pre-recorded Maths lessons for the duration of your subscription.
    • Lessons are mapped to the AQA Unit Award Scheme and the National Curriculum.
    • Short, practical video lessons set in real-life contexts.
    • One subscription covers all learners within your household.
    • Optional add-ons: printed workbooks and hands-on resource boxes, available for an additional fee.

    3. Optional Add-Ons

    • Printed workbooks and resource boxes can be added to your subscription at any time for an additional fee.
    • Add-ons are dispatched to the address provided at registration.
    • If you opt in to receive printed workbooks or resource boxes and choose to cancel your subscription part way through the twelve-month period, you remain liable to pay in full for any outstanding balance owed towards these items.

    4. How It Works

    • All lessons are pre-recorded and accessible on demand, allowing learners to work through topics at their own pace.
    • Learners are encouraged to follow their interests and select lessons that best suit their needs, regardless of age.

    5. Payment & Delivery

    • Payment must be received in full before access to lessons and any physical resources is granted.
    • All prices include VAT and, where applicable, postage for printed resources.
    • Digital resources are provided immediately upon payment; physical resources (if selected) will be dispatched promptly.

    6. Cancellation & Refunds

    • There is no minimum commitment period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@littlecraftersboxes.co.uk or 01526 701214.
    • As access to all digital resources is provided immediately upon registration, we cannot offer refunds once your subscription has started, regardless of how much you use the materials.
    • No refunds are provided for partially completed subscription periods or for optional add-ons once materials or services have been accessed or dispatched.
    • If you have opted in for printed workbooks or resource boxes and cancel your subscription before the end of the twelve-month period, you are still required to pay in full for any outstanding payments due for these items.

    7. Duration & Expiry

    • Your subscription begins on the day you sign up and continues on a rolling basis with no set expiry date.
    • Your access will remain active until you choose to cancel your subscription.

    8. Data Protection & Privacy

    • Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We will only use your information for the purposes of administering your subscription and communicating with you about your account.
